An evening of  Day of the Dead Fiesta & Parade: To participate in the “Parade” we ask you to be dressed in your Catrin or Catrina costume, your Mexican or any other costume, and with your face painted as a skull

1525 Princess Patricia Way, Horticulture Building at K1S5J3  Lansdowne Park

  • 5 pm to 7 pm Asinabka Festival presents the movie: COCO
  •  (this event takes place on the unceded traditional territory of the Algonquin Nation)
  • Day of the Dead altar displays
  • El Catrin & La Catrina contest
  • La Catrina Face Painting for children’s and adults (fee will be charged)
  • Children activities
  • Dance & Music Performance after 7 pm
  • Traditional Mexican dishes: Tamales, Pozole, Tacos, Chilaquiles, Pan de Muerto, Mexican Hot Chocolate & more!!!!!
  • Parade participants wearing costumes with a face painted as Catrin & Catrina
